The 2009 Sauvignon Blanc comes from Klipsun Vineyard and was produced in 100% stainless steel to release the varietals true character. White wine can be a monster to make and sometimes needs a lot of babysitting. We’ve done our share of watching this little devil and it’s paid off; this is our best Blanc yet. A cold ferment and new enzymes gave us a lively crisp wine, with citrus and pear aromatics. You’ll have to taste it to believe it. 120 cases produced. Price $19.00
