This year’s Sauvignon Blanc, named StevensASecondThought is once again put together in the same way as past vintages.
The vineyard sources remain the same, Sheridan, Klipsun & Dineen Vineyards which gave us a balance between the upper and lower Yakima Valley. We snuck in 14% Dineen Semillon that added a wonderful pear and mineral note as well as some great texture on the mid palate. The total fermentation took place in stainless steel to preserve the character of the fruit, making it crisp, clean and lively. 218 cases produced. Price $19.00
