 2006 STEVENSATHOUGHT
This years Sauvignon Blanc, named StevensAThought, (165 cases) is crisp, clean and lively. The wine’s character is all Washington, exuding notes of citrus, gooseberry, pear and mineral. We sourced the fruit from Sheridan, Klipsun, and Dineen Vineyards from the Yakima Valley, giving us an east to west profile. We snuck in about 13% Semillon to round it out. The majority of the Fermentation took place in stainless steel to preserve the true essence of the fruit with just a touch of neutral French oak added for pizzazz. Price $18.00
