 2004 STEVENSXY
For those of you who aren’t familiar with this wine, it’s our Crème de la Crème or Big Gun. Like last year, the XY is made by selecting a few of our very best Cabernet barrels. This year’s blend comes from Sheridan Vineyard and Dineen Vineyard. Both are located in Yakima Valley and gave us incredible fruit to work with. The wine was aged 20 months in 70% new French oak and 30% once used French oak and production was limited to 180 cases. Price $42.00

Dark and dense, yet somehow soft and approachable, this 100% is once again loaded with rich
black fruits. Everything is in balance, with a captivating tension strung between the fruit, acid and
