We are very excited to announce the winery's first release of the year. Our 2002 Merlot, aged 20 months in 60% new French oak and 40% in once and twice used French oak barrels reveals the true Character of Merlot in Washington; rich, round, and velvety with just enough gusto to wow you! The fruit, sourced from three different vineyards: Ceil du Cheval, Snipes Canyon, and Sheridan, creates an east to west profile exploiting each vineyards dominant characteristic into one rich and harmonius blend. 250 Cases produced. As a side note, once again Tim has put some of his own artwork on the label. This time the bottle dams a sculpture of what he calls "The Wine Tiki" or rather, his good luck charm. |
